> Here is the interview with Daniele Minnetti who, after graduating in Political Science, decides to follow the path to becoming a professional Real Estate Agent. Thanks to the entry into the Grimaldi Family's Real Estate Network, he immediately appreciated the possibility of being supported by the continuous assistance of real estate agents with thirty years of experience.

> Mr. Minnetti, you are the owner of a real estate agency in the Balduina area of Rome. How did your career as a Real Estate Agent start? Have you always worked in this area of Rome?

My career as a real estate agent began back in 2006 within a national franchise. Immediately after graduating from the Faculty of Political Sciences at the "La Sapienza" University of Rome, I chose this path with curiosity, with the desire on the one hand to consolidate the heritage deriving from my studies and on the other to compete in a profession that has always aroused a keen interest in me. The area in which I tried my hand at the beginning of my real estate journey and in which I still work is Balduina: an area located in the North-West area of Rome on a hill called Belsito which offers a predominant overview of the city and the dome of St. Peter. Given the strategic position, Balduina allows you to take advantage not only of the highly residential and elegant part but at the same time also of all the commercial and basic necessities services.

> How has the structure of your agency and consequently your activity as a real estate agent evolved over the years?
In 2012, allow me this parenthesis, the turning point of my career arrives, thanks to the knowledge of Franco Bartolomei, coordinator of L'immobiliare.com Lazio and later of the Grimaldi family. In the first year I held the position of Agency Manager and from 2013 of Co-administrator.
The thing that immediately struck me was, in addition to the competence of the colleagues who are part of the group, the direct relationship with all the fellow Members of the National Circuit which has contributed and still continues today to be fuel for my professional and human growth. Being part of this Network has allowed me to identify my limits, deriving from my lack of experience and to overcome them; being supported by continuous assistance from agents with thirty years of experience was decisive both for the administrative sphere of the agency and for the complete management of the client from the moment of the assignment to the conclusion of the deal. The Balduina Agency in Rome today boasts 4 collaborators in addition to myself who with great passion and professionalism represent a point of reference on a daily basis for many of the residents who cross the territory but not only.
